Goal

Agentix was created for a top-performing real estate professional in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the goal of streamlining how agents manage listings, deals and day-to-day operations. The focus was on validating a smart, AI-powered assistant that could handle forms, tasks, deadlines and communication in one place.

Challenge

Real estate workflows are complex and time-sensitive, with multiple moving parts across each deal. The challenge was to take a broad, ambitious concept and translate it into something tangible that could be tested and refined quickly. We needed to design an experience that clearly demonstrated value while keeping it simple enough for validation with real users.

Outcome

We designed a high-quality interactive UI prototype that brought the Agentix concept to life. This allowed the client to clearly visualise the product, test key workflows and validate the idea before committing to full development. The prototype became a powerful tool for refining the product direction and communicating the vision with confidence.
