1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using CreatorConcepts' website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
CreatorConcepts provides Bubble.io application development, consulting, and related software development services. All projects are subject to separate project agreements, statements of work, or service contracts.
3. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. CreatorConcepts retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and know-how developed during engagements.
4. Confidentiality
CreatorConcepts agrees to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary client information. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies or frameworks shared by CreatorConcepts.
5. Payment terms
A deposit is required to commence work, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Limitation of liability
CreatorConcepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary, with the courts of the United Kingdom having exclusive jurisdiction.
