CreateCare is a care management portal founded by the team behind a large US care company. It helps recipients of care and their families share documents, take care of legal and financial tasks and create goals for establishing care for their loved ones.
CreateCare was built to support individuals and families navigating the complexities of care for loved ones. The goal was to create a centralised platform where users can manage documents, handle legal and financial responsibilities and set clear goals around care, all in one place. We were brought in as the development execution partner, working alongside a design studio and collaborating directly with the end client.
The project required close coordination between multiple stakeholders, balancing the vision of the design partner with the practical needs of the end client. The platform itself needed to handle sensitive information while remaining simple and accessible for users who may already be under stress. Structuring features like document sharing, financial tracking and goal setting into a cohesive experience was a key challenge.
We worked as the development layer to bring the product to life, translating detailed designs into a fully functional platform. The result is a secure, user-friendly care management portal that helps families stay organised and aligned during critical moments. By collaborating closely with both the design partner and the end client, we ensured the final product delivered on both vision and functionality.
