Humble Grape are a famous chain of wine bars across London. We designed and built a QR code digital menu app for waiters to share with patrons at the table, with wine filtering and a smart recommendation engine.

Humble Grape approached us to modernise their in-venue experience with a digital menu that reflects the quality and depth of their wine offering. The goal was to create a seamless QR-based experience that helps customers easily explore, understand and choose wines at the table.
The wine list is extensive and often overwhelming for customers, especially those without deep wine knowledge. We needed to simplify discovery without losing the richness of the catalogue, while ensuring the experience was quick, intuitive and suitable for a busy hospitality environment. It also had to support staff by reducing friction in ordering and recommendations.
We designed and built a QR code digital menu app that allows guests to browse and filter wines effortlessly at the table. The platform includes a smart recommendation engine to guide users towards suitable options based on their preferences. The result is a smoother, more engaging customer experience that reduces pressure on staff while enhancing how guests discover and enjoy Humble Grape’s wine selection.
