Not by default. We typically charge an enrollment fee for the startup, this includes brainstorming, design, build and launch of your product. Once you have your first customers, we then offer debt-to-equity options for ongoing maintenance and support.
It depends on your project, but prototypes can take 1-2 weeks, whereas production grade projects can take 6-12 weeks plus.
Yes, we provide support with data security and storage requirements. We also build your project according to best practices for securing data and media within the database. Projects are securely hosted on Amazon Web Services through Bubble's development layer, with CloudFlare. This means you benefit from round the clock monitoring, DDOS mitigation, data encryption in transit and at rest as well as backups and sandbox environments out of the box. Our standard payment terms are net 7 days. We can extend payment terms where required. Projects are split into payment phases according to deliverables, such as design phase, development phase and QA phase.
